We have 23 flavors of coffee and customers can also select whole bean or ground form. We also have a specialty beverage line to capture the non-coffee drinking market as well. The line includes a Premium Hot Cocoa, Spiced Cocoa, Vanilla Chai, and a Double Chocolate frappe’, (just add ice and blend).
You know the demographic of your area better than we do, we only recommend but we do not dictate the selling price. Your selling price will determine your profit.
We have two price point programs for the coffees:
40-13 Program – a large bag of coffee (yielding 40 cups) for $13.00 – your profit $5.20 or
10-7 Program – a small bag of coffee (ground form only) (yielding 11 cups) for $7.00 – your profit $2.80
For our café style gourmet coffee, the cost breaks down to 33 cents per cup for our large bag or 63 cents per cup for the small bag. A nice cost savings for your customers when compared to the $1.50 and up they would pay at a coffee shop. Specialty beverages only included in 40-13 program.
We supply the glossy order forms that you will need to get started. Let us know how many sellers you will have and where we should mail these forms.
All our products are packaged in resealable stand up bags. For the bag label design, we can take an existing logo or image or using one of our own designs, create something representative of your project. There are no set-up charges for label design. Additionally, for the coffees you can pick two bag colors, one for regular coffees and one for decaf coffees. The color choices are: blue, black, copper, green, gold, maroon, purple, red, silver and white. Specialty beverages are sold in black bags.
Another exciting enhancement to our fundraising program is the ability to place your order online. As the organizer, you will be able to input each individual order that will roll up to the Master Sheet. And then with the push of a button the Master Sheet is submitted to our system. This process will simplify the tallying/submission process for you. We will walk you through this part of the process so that you are comfortable with the order entry system.
Once we receive your order the coffee is freshly roasted and then packaged as well as the specialty beverages and the entire order will be ready for shipment within 10 business days.
